It’s official, the kids are back to school and I’m getting into my new routine. I kind of feel like a taxi with 3 kids all having different pick up and drop off times but that’s #momlife right!!
When I think of the kids going back to school I can’t help but think of all those high school days of wearing overalls. The overall trend is back and I love that I can share it with my daughters. Little Lulu is wearing cute olive green overalls with fun patches that I picked up at Target. My black skirtall is from Charlotte Russe and I paired it with a fun ruffle tee from Abercrombie & Fitch.
When it comes to styling denim overalls you can do one of two things. You can either pair it with a fun top like an off the shoulder, statement sleeves, or ruffles; or you can go very simple with a casual pocket tee or basic crew neck top. Of course I went for the fun top but it’s nice to go simple and casual sometimes too.
