With the Summer season right around the corner I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect bathing suit cover up. The few things I always look for in a cover up is it needs to be comfortable and easy to throw on, cute of course, and easy to transition from the beach to the street. With the kids sometimes I’ll need to throw on my cover up and pick up or lunch or something and this dress is perfect for that. I prefer dresses or tunics over shorts because if my bathing suit is still damp then my shorts get wet and uncomfortable where as a dress is easier to wear.
I found this adorable free people dress and it is perfect! It’s got a boho vibe to it which I love, and the earthy tones go well with many of the bathing suits that I already have. You won’t believe that I found this adorable beach bag at SteinMart(of all places?) and its under $25. It comes in a couple other colors as well. And then my adorable new bow slides are from Zara and a great addition to the look.
Since this dress is a little on the shorter side you can easily pair it with jeans and wear it more like a tunic if you wanted. I love the versatility!!
